The concentrator is mainly composed of a circular concentrator and a rake-type scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentrator settle under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, so that the solid and liquid can be separated. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the concentrator is continuously scraped and collected by the rake-type scraper to the discharge port at the center of the bottom of the pool, and the clarified water overflows from the upper edge of the concentrator.
â—Ž A degassing tank is added to eliminate the solid particles attached to the bubbles, which settle like a “parachute”;
â—Ž The feed pipe is located below the liquid surface to prevent gas from being brought in during feeding;
â—Ž The feed sleeve moves downward and is equipped with a receiving tray to make the fed slurry fall evenly and steadily, effectively preventing the phenomenon of turning over caused by the residual pressure of the feed;
â—Ž The overflow weir is changed to a sawtooth shape to improve the local suction phenomenon caused by the uneven overflow weir;
â—Ž The rake tooth line is changed from a slash type to a curve type to increase the concentration of the discharge bottom flow, thereby increasing the processing capacity.
It can be widely used in the treatment of sludge, wastewater and waste residue in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.
