The finely ground slurry is fed into the water tank from the feed port located in the middle of the sedimentation zone. Below the inclined water tank is the slurry classification sedimentation zone. The spiral rotates at a low speed to stir the slurry, causing fine particles to suspend on the surface and flow to the overflow weir to overflow. Coarse particles sink to the bottom of the tank and are transported by the spiral to the discharge port as return sand. The position of the overflow weir is higher than the bearing center at the lower end of the spiral shaft and lower than the upper edge of the spiral at the overflow end.
◎ An automatic return sand lifting device is added to the return sand end, and the ball mill cancels the configuration of the large spoon head;
◎ Generally, 1-1.5 degrees of electricity can be saved per ton of ore;
◎ Frequent maintenance of the large spoon head of the ball mill is avoided;
◎ The uneven impact of the ball mill on the large and small gears is reduced.
