Principle Overview
The circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, a screen mesh, a vibrator and a vibration damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven by a motor through a V-belt to generate centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen box to vibrate. The vibrating body, i.e. the screen box, moves in a circular motion trajectory. During this period, materials smaller than the screen hole diameter fall through the screen hole to the lower layer and become screened materials. Materials larger than the screen hole diameter are discharged from the discharge port after continuous jumping motion, and the screening work is finally completed.
â—Ž The circular vibrating screen is a new type of vibrating screen with multiple layers and high efficiency because its motion trajectory is similar to a circle.
â—Ž It uses an eccentric shaft and an eccentric block vibrator, which runs smoothly and has high screening efficiency.
â—Ž The material stuck in the screen hole can jump out to prevent the screen hole from being blocked.
â—Ž It uses a low-stress damping spring with low operating noise.
â—Ž It uses an ultra-heavy large clearance bearing with low operating temperature and long service life.
â—Ž It uses an annular groove rivet and a plate-type screen box frame structure with high screen frame structure strength.
â—Ž Wear-resistant rubber screen can be provided.
It is suitable for material classification in mineral processing, coal processing, building materials, electricity, chemical industry and other departments. It can also be used for dehydration, desludging, and de-mediuming.
