The ceramic filter is mainly composed of a roller system, a stirring system, a feeding and discharging system, a vacuum system, a filtrate discharge system, a scraping system, a backwashing system, a combined cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning, automatic acid cleaning) system, a fully automatic control system, a tank body, and a frame. At present, it has been widely used in the dehydration of non-ferrous metals, rare metals, ferrous metals, non-metallic concentrates and tailings in mines, the dehydration of oxides, electrolytic slag, leaching slag, and slag in the chemical industry, and the treatment of environmental sewage sludge and waste acid. The material fineness ranges from -200 to -450 mesh and various ultra-fine materials.
◎ Empty (vacuum degree 0.09-0.098 MPa), low filter cake moisture;
◎ Add solid content <50 ppm. Can be reused to reduce emissions;
◎ Compared with traditional ceramic filters, filter cake washing is added, which is suitable for materials that need to be washed;
