The work of the feeder is mainly to transfer the power of the motor through the reducer to make the connecting rod of the eccentric mechanism reciprocate, and make the pawl push the ratchet to drive the active sprocket to rotate, thereby supporting the chain plate to move intermittently to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
◎ It can be installed horizontally or tilted, with a maximum tilt angle of 12°;
◎ In order to avoid the material directly hitting the feeder, the silo is required not to be unloaded;
◎ The maximum feeding particle size can reach 1000 mm.
This machine is used as a silo to continuously and evenly feed primary crushers in the crushing and grading workshops of large ore dressing plants and in cement and building materials departments. It can also be used to transport materials with larger particle size and specific gravity over short distances.
